• Provide a single point of contact for the homeowners
• Maintain database with contact information for all homeowners
• Analyze insurance requirements and obtain quotes for the Board
• Provide written and electronic notices to homeowners
• Hold the records of the Association
• Serve as registered agent of the Association
• Host a website for the Association with password protected portals for homeowners and Board members where Association documents are available and dues are paid by credit / debit cards
• Provide conference room and / or conference call bridge for Board meetings
• Ensure contractors are insured
• Prepare the Board and Members for Annual Meetings
• Distribute materials to Members for Annual Meetings
• Perform other duties upon request
Financial Services
• Invoice, collect and deposit HOA dues
• Pay invoices of the Association
• Publish monthly financial statements to the Board
• Reconcile bank statements
• Prepare Association tax returns
• File liens for delinquent HOA dues
Pool Services
• Provide Association with comprehensive pool maintenance and sanitization service with certified pool operators
Common Area Maintenance Services
• Clean Clubhouses, restrooms and other common area structures
• Empty common area trash receptacles
• Maintain Dock Watch program for common area docks
